FAQ
We are happy to accept exchanges only in cases where you have received a defective or incorrect product- A clear, uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened (unboxing video) is compulsory for any exchange claim. The video must:
— Show the sealed parcel clearly from all sides before opening.
— Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
— Clearly display the damaged or
defective product and its condition.
— Be shared with us on WhatsApp at
+91 8349348111 within 48 hours of delivery.
For exchanges, the customer is required to self-ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service. The reverse courier charges will be refunded once the product is received and verified by our team. The correct product will then be shipped to the customer at no additional cost. Please note that shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Shipping Information
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation, via India Post or a reputed courier partner depending on your location. Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 7–10 business days across India. Delivery timelines may be extended due to national holidays, regional festivals, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
