SUNESA began with things we already lived with.

Hand-block printed dohars, quilts and bedsheets that softened over time.

Three women from one family started SUNESA to work with the artisans that make the textiles that they've used for decades

We work mainly with cottons, prints, and quilting. Our pproducts are beautiful, tradtional, and simple. Not recreated. Not “inspired by.” Just made properly, by people who know the craft.

We care about fabric, weight, finish, and how something feels after the tenth wash, not just the first photograph.

Our work began with hand block printing because no machine repeats a pattern the way a person does. We aren't interested in disposability, only well-made textiles, made slowly, made to last.
