Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these
terms, we kindly request that you refrain from making a purchase.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect
immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of a new order
constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
All transactions made through this website are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jaipur High Court, Rajasthan, India.

The Nature of Handmade Goods
Before you shop with us, we invite you to understand what makes our products truly special — and inherently
one-of-a-kind.
P L E A S E R E A D C A R E F U L L Y
Every piece in our collection is handmade and handblock printed by skilled artisans. Each item passes
through human hands at every stage of its creation — and that is precisely the point.
All our products are handcrafted and handblock printed using traditional processes. As a result, each piece is
unique. Slight variations in print placement, colour tone, block impression depth, texture, and dimensions are an
inherent and celebrated part of the handmade process — not defects.Minor irregularities such as slight
asymmetry in block prints, small ink variations, natural fibre inconsistencies, or marginal size differences are
characteristic of the craft and will not be treated as grounds for an exchange or complaint. These qualities are
what distinguish our products from mass-manufactured goods and are a mark of their authenticity.
Product images on our website are as accurate as photography allows. However, monitor calibrations vary and
actual colours may appear marginally different on your screen. Fabric drape, texture, and depth of colour are
best appreciated in person.
— Minor variations in block print placement are characteristic of the handblock printing process.
— Slight differences in colour tone are natural to hand-dyeing and natural dye processes.
— Natural fabric fibres may carry slight variations in weave and texture.
— Dimensional tolerances of ± 1–2 cm are standard for handcrafted goods.
— None of the above constitute manufacturing defects or grounds for exchange.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We strive to keep our inventory accurate; however, in the
rare event that a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full
refund or an alternative of equivalent value.
Full payment must be received and confirmed before your order is dispatched. We accept payments via the
methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
unless stated otherwise.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. We
are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided
by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your
order carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation, via India Post or a reputed
courier partner depending on your location. For made-to-order or custom bulk gifting orders, a production lead
time of 15–20 working days applies prior to dispatch. This will be communicated to you at the time of order
confirmation.
E S T I M A T E D D E L I V E R Y T I M E L I N E
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 7–10 business days across India. Delivery timelines
may be extended due to national holidays, regional festivals, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email once your parcel is dispatched, so you can
monitor its journey to you.
I M P O R T A N T — T R A N S I T L I A B I L I T Y
Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner or India Post and has left our premises, the
shipment falls under the responsibility of the logistics provider. We are not liable for any delays, losses,
damage, or theft occurring during transit. Should an issue arise in transit, we will assist you in lodging a
complaint with the courier; however, resolution is subject to the courier's policies. We strongly recommend
that you inspect your parcel at the time of delivery and note any visible external damage to the packaging
before accepting it.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the event of an
exchange.
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. An exchange is offered
solely in the case of a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, subject to the conditions
outlined below.
We take immense care in packaging every order. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is
genuinely damaged (torn, broken, structurally compromised, or incorrectly sent), we will arrange a one-time
exchange for the same or equivalent product, subject to availability and the following mandatory conditions:

A clear, uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened (unboxing video) is compulsory for any exchange
claim. The video must:
— Show the sealed parcel clearly from all sides before opening.
— Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
— Clearly display the damaged or defective product and its condition.
— Be shared with us on WhatsApp at +91 8349348111 within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange requests submitted without an unboxing video, or submitted after the 48-hour window has elapsed,
will not be entertained under any circumstances, with no exceptions. The 48-hour window begins from the time
of delivery as indicated by the courier's tracking records.
R E T U R N C O U R I E R C H A R G E S — B O R N E B Y C U S T O M E R
All courier charges incurred in sending the product back to us for an exchange are entirely the responsibility
of the customer. We do not offer reverse pickup. The customer must self-ship the item to our address using
a trackable courier service. Shipping charges paid on the original order are also non-refundable. Once we
receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the exchange conditions, we will dispatch
the replacement at no additional outward shipping charge (within India).
The following will not be accepted as grounds for exchange:
— Minor variations in block print placement, colour tone, or texture — these are intrinsic to handmade and
handblock printed products.
— Colour differences between the product and its screen representation due to monitor calibration.
— Dimensional variations within standard tolerances (± 1–2 cm).
— Change of mind, personal preference, or sizing concerns not communicated before purchase.
— Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in original condition.
— Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price.
— Damage caused during transit after the parcel has left our premises (please refer to Section 04).
All exchange requests are subject to review and sole discretion of our team. We reserve the right to decline a
request if the product does not meet the required exchange conditions upon inspection. Exchange is applicable
once per order, for the same product or an equivalent of equal value. In the event that an exchange request is
declined upon inspection, the product will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Your privacy is important to us and we take our responsibility to protect your personal information seriously.
This section explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect: When you place an order or create an account, we collect information such as your name,
delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing and
fulfilling your order.
How we use it: Your personal information is used exclusively to process your order, communicate with you
about your purchase, and provide customer support. We may also send you order updates and, if you have
opted in, occasional updates about new products or offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at
any time.
O U R C O M M I T M E N T
We do not rent, sell, share, or distribute your personal data — including your name, address, phone
number, or email — to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Ever.
We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through
secure, encrypted payment gateways that are compliant with applicable data protection standards.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised
access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. While no digital system is entirely immune to risk, we are
committed to maintaining the highest practical standards of data security.
By using this website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as
described above, in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information
Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
If you wish to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held with us, please contact us at

General Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including but not limited to product images, text, graphics,
logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Sunesa Malti LLP. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any
content without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and
images are accurate. However, minor inaccuracies may occasionally occur. In such cases, your sole remedy is to
return the item in its original, unused condition within the exchange conditions outlined in Section 05.
Limitation of Liability: Sunesa Malti LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or the delay or failure of delivery by our
courier partners.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute
arising from or in connection with these terms or a transaction on this website shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We encourage you to contact us at
sunesajaipur@gmail.com in the first instance, as most concerns can be resolved amicably.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall
be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these
Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Sunesa Malti LLP with respect to your use of this website and purchase of our products.
